QUALITY GUARANTEE:
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within first month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery, free of charge.

RECEIVING A REFUND: Your refund will be credited as store credit, If you prefer to the original purchaser’s credit card please make sure to let the agent know of you prefrence. The refund will exclude shipping costs.
